The hotel is situated in a great location near some popular attractions and has a good spa and pool area. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was nice with a selection of options, including fruit and pastries.
The price for dinner was outrageous and overpriced. the service was subpar and the staff was unfriendly and not accommodating.

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The cleanliness of this hotel was excellent, and the hotel facilities were great. We easily found parking for our car, and the hotel offered convenient transportation to the region. The staff at this hotel were really good, especially at breakfast.
Everything was spot on, we have no complaints.

I had a truly amazing experience at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the tall mountains surrounding this venue. The staff were all very friendly and provided exceptional service, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The hotel had fantastic amenities, including a spa & wellness center with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. I particularly enjoyed the body scrub and massage treatments, which left me feeling incredibly relaxed. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a sitting area and a terrace where I could enjoy the beautiful garden furniture. The cleanliness and attention to detail were exceptional, and the room amenities, such as the flat-screen TV and mini-bar, added to the overall comfort and convenience of my stay.

Well-located near the mountains and city center. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the nearest airport at no additional cost. The bathroom was modern and clean. It was decent for my business trip.
The room was too small. The noise level in the hallway was disturbing, and I was not able to sleep well.

The hotel has a great location near a cable car which makes it easy to access the phenomenal skiing area. there are good options close to the hotel, from a cozy bar to better enjoy the evenings to a variety of restaurants. the staff is friendly, the rooms are quiet and have nice views, and the breakfast is delicious. the ski room, with boot warmers, is an advantage too.
The living room area does not have comfortable furniture and only a bench attached to the wall to watch TV.
